The new owners of a lake-side home, with landscape designed by Pamela Burton & Company in the 1990s, desired a garden update. Mature Sycamores planted decades ago set the tone for the easy-going, farm-like grounds that now accommodate chickens, shelter rescues and a growing family.

PB&Co collaborated with the Interior Designers to site an Accessory Dwelling Unit that frames a new pool-side patio outside the busy family room. The outdoor kitchen includes citrus and banana trees, while the dining pergola is draped with grape vines.  Terraced vegetable beds, pollinator gardens and avocado and stone fruit trees enjoy the sun on a west-facing slope. A rose-filled cutting garden and lake-side patio with outdoor fireplace offer additional garden destinations.
