Crest Court Residence

Beverly Hills, CA

The landscape design for this newly renovated home above Mulholland Drive in Beverly Hills takes inspiration from Italian hill towns, with gracious stone courtyards, Cypress trees and lavender beds. The gardens surrounding the two story stone-clad home beckon with multiple exterior spaces to dine, swim, relax and play.

The pool was rebuilt to better align with the home and define outdoor eating and gathering spaces. An exterior fireplace was added just outside the breakfast room for morning coffee. An orchard of fruit trees and a vegetable bed are located on the south facing slope, easily accessible from the house.

Colorful Jacaranda trees line the motor court and lead to a rose garden entry walk with water feature. A few steps away lies a hidden sauna garden with shade plantings and a cooling bench. The rear of the home faces a spectacular view to downtown Los Angeles, the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.
